These well designed classic knives feature Japanese VG-10 stainless steel cores harded up to 60degrees rockwell rating This provides greater cutting performance for a longer time. Two layes of attractive damask steel cover the central core to protect against corrosion whilst an ergonomically designed Mikarta composite fabric and resin handle provides excellent grip. Hand wash only.
