Details

Miyabi 7000D Henckels Knives are manufactured to the very highest professional quality with a Damascus finish using 33 layers of steel together with a core of CMV60 stainless steel. Each of the Henckels Miyabi 7000D knives has been precision manufactured from a hardened (.60 Rockwell) 33 layered steel with a combination of Cobalt, Molybdenum and Vanadium, making the Miyabi Henckels 7000D professional kitchen knives extremely robust and durable. Miyabi Henckels 7000D Kitchen Knives are manufactured using the ancient Japanese method of Honbazuke Honing, which is then finished by master craftsmen using a fine whetstone which gives the Miyabi Henckels 7000D knives their superior sharpness along with cutting edge retention of the blade. The superbly styled D shaped handle has been made from a high grade multiple layered linen/resin compound wooden texture, which has been delicately finished with stainless steel giving the Miyabi Henckels 7000D knives a truly modern design and are extremely easy to care for.
