Our range of colour coded knives offer great quality at good value for money. Made with stainless steel blades, and quality handles, these knives include the added convenience of being dishwasher proof.
The knives come in a variety of colours (red for raw meat, brown for vegetables, blue for raw fish, white for bakery, green for salad, yellow for cooked meat), using the colour coding system that is universally recognised in the catering industry.
We offer black knives for situations in which colour coding is not necessary.
